About Andy Granados

I’m Andy Granados, a bioengineering student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). My work and interests center on soft robotics, systems that bend, stretch, and comply with the world in ways rigid machines cannot. I am a big fan of mastering multiple domains, and I appreciate many disciplines across the arts and humanities.

This site is personal and not intended as a professional portfolio. It focuses on essays, thoughts, stories, projects, and pictures that do not need to live on a lab server or a résumé. I care about clear writing, honest questions, and sharing work that does not fit a lab notebook.
